Booking Process
Bookings for any of our products can be made through our online platform or by contacting a designated consultant for the specific trek or weekend getaway. We do not accept bookings through any other medium.
Itinerary Changes
CareMyTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
Disclaimer
For all treks and adventure activities, customers are required to sign a disclaimer acknowledging that CareMyTrip is not responsible for any misfortune that may occur. If you participate in a trek without signing the disclaimer, we will not be liable for any incidents.
Customer Safety
Your safety is our priority. All customers must adhere to the instructions provided by the CareMyTrip team. We will not be held responsible for any injuries resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
Cancellation Policy
We have a clear cancellation policy that applies under all circumstances. Any assurances regarding amounts less or more than the quoted price will not be entertained.
Payments
YCareMyTrip has a defined payment policy that must be followed. If payment is made partially, the remaining balance must be settled on the first day of the trip.
Facilities
All included facilities are detailed in our itineraries. Additional services not mentioned will incur extra charges.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency during a trek or weekend getaway, CareMyTrip will arrange for transportation to the nearest medical facility, but all expenses must be covered by the individual.
Environmental Policy
We uphold strict environmental policies, including a no-littering rule at all campsites and weekend getaways. Violators may face fines and potential tour cancellation.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided only to registered individuals. Sharing of accommodation details is not permitted.
Code of Conduct
Any individual who fails to follow our team's instructions or misbehaves with fellow trekkers or staff may have their trek or tour canceled without a refund.
Trek/Tour Completion

Due to the nature of treks in the Himalayas, which are subject to weather and other risks, CareMyTrip does not guarantee the completion of any trek. If a trek is called off by the trek leader for safety reasons, we will not be responsible for any refunds. Decisions made by the trek leader regarding group descent will apply to all members.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Amendments
CareMyTrip reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
